We like to think that we are one of the best employers in the housing sector. We have a strong belief in setting ourselves out from the crowd, with a working environment that celebrates our team. The team works together, with energy and innovation which is key to making working here fun and rewarding. Something we think our staff will back up if their feedback is anything to go by.
Don’t just take our word for it. Have a look at our Best Companies profile here. We participate in the annual Best Companies survey, and our staff feedback saw us ranked 6th in the Sunday Times Top 100 not-for-profit organisations to work for in 2020 (and 2nd-ranked not for profit organisation in Wales).
We’re extremely proud of everything we do. We are guided by our values and driven by our commitment to our communities, to equality and diversity, to the health and wellbeing and development of our team. We know that getting the best out of our people will give our residents the best services and opportunities they could want. So, if you want to make a difference and see the results for yourself, come and join our team.
Equality & Diversity
As both an employer and provider of housing services, we are dedicated to tackling discrimination and reducing disadvantage. We wholeheartedly accept our statutory responsibilities and we are committed to extending principles laid down in law to individuals or groups who are discriminated against or treated unfairly. What's more, we devote a great deal of time to seeing how we can continually improve in relation to equal opportunities, as set out in our Equality & Diversity policy here.
We are members of
Tai Pawb
who strive to promote equality and social justice in housing in Wales and have signed the
Deeds not Words
pledge to end racial inequality in housing.
Working in Housing
As a not-for-profit housing association, we are a member of Community Housing Cymru (CHC). CHC campaigns and lobbies on behalf of, and with, members to promote social housing and related services in Wales, and our Chief Executive is the Vice Chair of the CHC Board.
